About Us
Responsive, targeted occupational therapy support in Melbourne's East, the Mornington Peninsula and Gippsland.
We are a small NDIA-registered practice of highly experienced AHPRA registered OTs, with many years of clinical practice supporting people with a wide range of abilities. We understand the importance of really listening to people and recognise the client and their family as the experts in their own unique situation.
We strive to work together to determine meaningful goals and
achieve optimum clinical outcomes.

Our Mission
We believe that every person who is aged or has a disability has the right to be understood, to be supported to have their needs met in the way they choose and to have the chance to achieve the things they hold important.
Our Story
Complete OT Support was created by Philippa Coull in 2017 in response to the changes in the way aged and disability supports were being delivered particularly with the roll out of NDIA. Philippa has worked as a community-based OT for 40 years, and with people with disability for over 20 years, so was ideally placed to understand and support people to navigate this changed and changing landscape and to seize the opportunities it offers to older people and those with a disability.
She is passionate about making a difference in the lives of older people and those with a disability,
and their families.

Philippa has created a workplace for valued and respected therapists each with their own expertise to share, but united by their values of sincerity, integrity and empathy. Each team member works in a holistic, empowering, client centred way and are committed to best practice.
Philippa is highly regarded by other OT’s, and coordinates a large therapist support network in the Melbourne region, as well as offering mentoring and supervision to less experienced therapists.
